Gerald Chaperon
Gerry was educated in England at Simon Langton Grammer School in
Cantebury. He did two years of national service with the British
Army.
Gerry
emigrated to Canada in 1956, under contract with CPR Hotels for two
years. He then started to work with General Steel Wares in the major
appliance division. They moved him all over the country from Halifax
to Vancouver. He stayed in British Columbia, and with a partner,
operated a furniture store. Later, Gerry sold his interests to his
partner and then became a Realtor.
Gerry has been with Osborne Realty since 1996, and is well versed
in residential and commercial real estate.

I have owned or leased acreage, commercial, single residence and
strata properties in four provinces.
I have called Duncan "home" since discovering the Cowichan Valley
in 1991.
In this community I have actively supported the Cowichan
Disttrict Hospital Foundation, served as Campaign Chair for the
Cowichan United Way and served as President of the Cowichan
Toastmasters.
